Exhibitor Information for the KYABA Annual 2016 Conference

The Kentucky Association for Behavior Analysis (KYABA) is proud to offer exhibition space at our 2016 annual conference. If your organization is interested in applying for an exhibition space you must fill in, sign, and email the KYABA exhibitor application to bluegrassaba@gmail.com. If your application is approved, a member of our team will email you a link to a webpage that will allow you to pay for your exhibit space online. Space is limited. Details about the exhibit can be found in the application and below:

Exhibit Space 
A single exhibit space is 100 square feet (10’ x 10’) and includes: 

  • One draped 6-ft table with two side chairs 
  • Carpeting
  • Electricity (if needed)

Exhibit Cost

  • Cost is $150 for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
  • Up to 2 participants per booth (at least one must be registered for the conference)

Exhibit Approval Process
KYABA reserves the right to determine the suitability of all exhibits and advertisements submitted, and to reject those that are not consistent with the mission of KYABA. All exhibits will be reviewed and approved by the KYABA Conference Committee. You will receive confirmation from the KYABA office when your application is approved. The exhibiting or promotion of services, products, or equipment at the KYABA exhibit does not constitute endorsement by KYABA of such services, products, or equipment. An exhibitor is not permitted to represent in any manner that its goods or services have been endorsed by KYABA.

Once submission is approved, payment will be submitted via PayPal (a link will be sent to the email address listed in the application information).


Insurance and liability are the full and sole responsibility of the exhibitor. Neither Kentucky Association for Behavior Analysis; nor any of its officers, employees, or representatives; nor the owners, employees, or representatives of the Holiday Inn Louisville East - Hurstbourne shall be responsible for injury, loss, or damage that may occur to the exhibitor’s property prior to, during, or subsequent to the exhibition period, provided such injury, loss, or damage is not caused by the negligence or willful act of one or more of the aforementioned parties. Exhibitors, by accepting space and making application for space, acknowledge the above terms and expressly release the above-named association, individuals, and firms from any and all claims for such loss, damage, or injury.
